• Lead high-impact initiatives across Product Operations and Product Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or strategy.
• Proven success in delivering AI and Machine Learning powered products.
• Deep familiarity with the end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement workflows.
• Experience building and scaling product operations systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams without formal authority.
