• Develop and maintain reusable ML pipelines and systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Focus on model monitoring and optimization.
• Set up deployment infrastructure including APIs.
• Design systems to measure the impact of ML products.
• Build and manage data labeling and ingestion frameworks.
• Understand member needs and financial goals.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality in production systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and software engineering.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with cutting-edge ML solutions.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Experience in building generative AI applications.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is a plus.
