Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer on the CRO Group at Rocket Money, you will be at the forefront of designing intuitive and impactful user experiences that help enable our users bring financial insights directly to our users' phones.

In Short

• Design intuitive user experiences for Rocket Money's financial services.
• Focus on user engagement, growth, and retention through data-driven design.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance product design.
• Contribute to a collaborative and innovative design environment.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in user experience design.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of design implementation in code.
• Data-driven approach to aligning user needs with business goals.
• Ability to execute design initiatives efficiently.
• Empathetic to user experiences and needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to collaborate and accept feedback.
