Overview

As a Talent Sourcer at Rocket Money, you will partner with the Recruiting team to source and hire high-caliber talent, focusing on providing a top-notch candidate experience.

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Leaders to understand role requirements.
• Create a sourcing strategy for multiple job requisitions.
• Build a diverse talent pipeline with inclusive sourcing strategies.
• Track and report sourcing metrics for effectiveness.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates.
• Support various recruiting activities as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing candidates.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a high-growth startup is a plus.
