As a Talent Sourcer, you will be a key part of our Talent Team, focusing on proactively identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top talent across a variety of functions. Your role will be crucial in developing strong talent pipelines and ensuring we attract and connect with exceptional candidates before hiring needs arise.

• Proactively sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, talent mapping, and networking.
• Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing with a strong ability to engage passive candidates.
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media sourcing.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within tech or dynamic industries.
• A data-driven approach using sourcing metrics to improve effectiveness.
• A candidate-first mindset ensuring an outstanding experience for every person engaged.
• Strong communication skills to craft compelling outreach messages.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
