Overview

At monday.com, it's our top priority to attract and hire the best talent! Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Sourcer who will build a competitive top-of-funnel sourcing strategy.

In Short

• Plan, initiate, and execute the sourcing workflow.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
• Interact with potential candidates on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github).
• Craft job postings and post on various job boards.
• Write and send customized recruiting emails to ideal candidates.
• Promote our employer brand on and offline.
• Leverage DEI sourcing best practices and advocate for non-traditional candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System).
• Serve as a talent advisor to the business, reporting on market trends and candidate experience.
• Think and act in a data driven approach to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sourcing experience for a startup, tech, or SaaS organization.
• Proven track record of success sourcing and attracting top talent.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
• Experience collaborating with team members and hiring managers globally.
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, or CMS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude.
