The Talent Sourcer supports the recruitment team by identifying and engaging potential candidates for various job openings. They use a variety of sourcing techniques and channels to find qualified individuals and then screen and assess their suitability for specific requirements, contributing to the overall talent acquisition process.

In Short

• Work Location: Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
• Work Arrangement: Remote
• Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm EST (third shift); 9PM CST to 6 AM CST
• 1 year experience in sourcing & cold calling required
• Review and post attractive job adverts on job boards
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify candidates
• Initiate communication with prospective candidates
• Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS
• Promote the employer brand to attract candidates

Requirements

• High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year experience in sourcing or recruiting required
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems required
• Proficiency in using various sourcing methods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional demeanor while representing the company
