Talent Sourcer - Remote

Overview

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a key role in the OfferZen Embedded team, providing a high-touch hiring service to our clients. You will work closely with our Account Managers to understand and meet our clients' hiring needs. This is a great opportunity to showcase your sourcing skills by finding and engaging top talent. You'll connect them with career opportunities where they can excel, helping our customers build strong teams.

In Short

• Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various tech roles across different companies and industries.
• Meet or exceed targets for sourcing, screening, and interviewing, contributing to successful candidate placements.
• Provide outstanding candidate experiences and maintain high levels of engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with the OfferZen Embedded team, supporting overall hiring success and team objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
• Proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent through sourcing channels. Experience in Agency / and RPO will be beneficial.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment process.
• Tech / Software Development recruitment experience.
• Experience working within a high growth tech startup/scale up is preferable.
