Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager for South Brazil at SolarEdge, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities while developing relationships within the solar distribution channels and strategic accounts.

In Short

  • Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with strategic plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels.
  • Pursue direct sales leads with installers and utility companies.
  • Provide revenue forecasts and review sales results.
  • Nurture relationships with PV project developers.
  • Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist product management teams with product portfolio improvements.
  • Provide input on marketing and product positioning strategies.
  • Execute brand messaging strategy and act as a brand evangelist.
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in technical sales.
  • Experience in the PV industry is a plus.
  • Track record of overachievement in sales growth.
  • Strong technical aptitude for SolarEdge products.
  • Ability to maintain existing relationships and convert new accounts.
  • Success in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in local language and English required.
