Overview

Join the Snowflake team as an Associate Solution Engineer and participate in the Snowmaker training program to develop technical and sales skills.

In Short

• Participate in a six-month training program focused on technical and sales skills.
• Learn about Snowflake’s technology portfolio and customer business challenges.
• Present Snowflake technology to executives and technical contributors.
• Work hands-on with SEs, prospects, and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain understanding of competitive technologies and position Snowflake accordingly.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Provide post-sales technical guidance to customers.
• Contribute to global and regional Solution Engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Deep interest in translating customer needs into technical solutions.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn.
• Ability to present technical topics to various audiences.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields preferred.
• Industry or internship experience in data analytics, pre-sales, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Scala, Spark, Java, or cloud technology is a bonus.
• Strong desire to pursue a career in Solution Engineering.
