Overview

The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing sales organization by driving operational excellence through reporting, data analysis, sales technology, and process optimization.

In Short

  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards and standardized reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Deliver monthly order intake reports and sales forecasts.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and refine forecasting models.
  • Serve as the system owner and administrator for the CRM platform.
  • Design, document, and refine sales processes to increase efficiency.
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews and performance analysis.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success.
  • Ensure consistent definitions and understanding of key KPI’s across departments.
  • Train and support users on CRM best practices.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
