Traveling Support Technician I - Remote

Overview

The Traveling Support Technician must be willing to travel extensively, be team-oriented and flexible, actively seek to share information, and assist their peers.

• Participates in Service Sales opportunities.
• Ensures tools and test equipment are maintained and calibrated.
• May participate in site surveys and pilot program service activities.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree/Related Trade Certification or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Willingness to travel at short notice.
• Ability to work safely in extreme environments.
• Must be able to lift/carry 80 lbs and manipulate equipment weighing up to 1000 lbs.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable individual.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills.
• Must comply with Company health, safety and environmental policies.
• Must pass a federal background investigation.
