Field Service Technician II (Cargo) - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician II (Cargo) is responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, installing, and repairing cargo inspection equipment at customer sites, primarily at the Laredo Border Crossing.

In Short

• Daily travel required for equipment service.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains cargo inspection equipment.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or related trade certification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in troubleshooting and field repair.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to travel at short notice.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Job requires full body mobility.
• Must work safely in varied environments.
