Manager, Sales Operations - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Sales Operations will be key to the success of the Sales Support Organization by providing strategy, oversight and implementation of our operational activities and process improvements.

• Oversee strategy, creation, implementation and maintenance of program documentation and policies.
• Ensure performance and identification of process efficiencies.
• Lead team of Sales Operations Specialists to elevate performance.
• Maintain oversight of compliance and federal regulations.
• Communicate timelines, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
• Research escalations and implement resolutions.
• Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and high morale.
• Work under limited supervision with high level of judgement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years experience in management, operations, or related field.
• Health care experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
