Overview

Twilio is seeking a Manager to join the Strategic Operations pillar within Sales Operations. This individual will be responsible for guiding and scaling our Sales Operations motion, playing a pivotal role in optimizing revenue-driving processes.

In Short

• Own the development of corporate QBRs and executive business review templates.
• Develop best-in-class processes for the GTM organization.
• Problem solve complex sales operations challenges through data and analytics.
• Identify productivity efficiency gains for the GTM organization.
• Develop executive level communications to share business updates.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize internal processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
• Deep understanding of key metrics for a GTM organization.
• Experience in annual planning within a GTM organization.
• Strong analytical skills with data manipulation proficiency.
• Ability to build partnerships with GTM, Finance, and Product teams.
• Strong project management and process mapping skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including active listening and influence.
