Overview

Sentara Health is currently seeking a full-time remote Manager, Customer Operations for the Sales Operations team, overseeing sales operational functions and leading a dedicated team.

In Short

• Oversee sales operational functions including processes and reporting.
• Lead initiatives to enhance service quality and productivity.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide oversight to staff responsible for enrollment and training.
• Support achievement of service, quality, productivity, and membership goals.
• Manage a dedicated team within the Sales and Marketing Department.
• Requires 5 years of healthcare experience and 2 years of management experience.
• Previous experience in Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Position is full-time with standard working hours Monday - Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
