Overview

The Sales Operations Manager at CNO Financial Group’s Optavise Team will enhance sales efficiency, track revenue goals, and implement best practices to support the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing, or related field.
  • Seven years of experience in sales or business operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience in sales operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work across functional teams.
  • Experience with change management.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Startup and SaaS experience is a plus.
