Overview

The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Analyst will work with the LMS team to manage, track, and report on CNO’s primary Learning Management System and its assets. This role involves executing projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to support Learning & Development objectives.

In Short

  • Work with the LMS team using Agile methodology.
  • Manage and report on the Learning Management System.
  • Support user story capture and execution.
  • Perform hands-on activities for testing and reporting.
  • Collaborate with project members for documentation and testing.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing of course content.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Drive continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work remotely with a focus on collaboration.
  • Participate in corporate travel as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
  • Five years of experience as an analyst or administrator.
  • Two years of experience with learning technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Solid communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Cornerstone LMS preferred.
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus.
  • Certification as an Agile Professional is a bonus.
