Implement UKG WFM Pro Timekeeping modules including Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation.
Work with top brands in healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries.
Engage in the full lifecycle of a UKG WFM Pro project including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare.
Facilitate client meetings and requirements gathering workshops.
2-5 years of related experience required.
3+ years of knowledge in HR and WFM functions and processes.
Experience with UKG Advanced Time & Attendance and Boomi integration.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
