Systems Analyst - Workforce Management - Remote

Overview

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the Global Payroll and Workforce Management Team.

In Short

• Implement UKG WFM Pro Timekeeping modules including Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Attestation.
• Work with top brands in healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing industries.
• Engage in the full lifecycle of a UKG WFM Pro project including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Facilitate client meetings and requirements gathering workshops.
• 2-5 years of related experience required.
• 3+ years of knowledge in HR and WFM functions and processes.
• Experience with UKG Advanced Time & Attendance and Boomi integration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on work and client needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related experience.
• 3+ years of superior knowledge of HR and WFM functions.
• 3+ years of experience with UKG Advanced Time & Attendance.
• Experience in full lifecycle of WFM projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
