Chief Enterprise Officer - Remote

Overview

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a Chief Enterprise Officer to join our leadership team. The Enterprise Officer will drive growth by developing and executing winning strategies and capturing new business opportunities within the Federal and DoD markets.

In Short

• Establish relationships with key decision-makers in Federal and DoD agencies.
• Participate in industry days and conferences to understand customer priorities.
• Collaborate with the proposal team for high-quality responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Provide strategic guidance during proposal development.
• Lead across departments to implement strategies and meet objectives.
• Develop operational infrastructure to achieve business goals.
• Support internal culture and engagement activities.
• Represent H2 at speaking engagements and industry activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Federal or DoD capture management.
• Proven track record in capturing contracts within Federal/DoD agencies.
• Deep knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle and FAR regulations.
• Strong understanding of Federal/DoD agencies' missions and challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
• Experience in strategic planning and managing sensitive relationships.
