Overview

The EDI Data Analyst is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing data for clients and vendor partners, playing a crucial role in EDI, payroll, and demographic file integrations related to the benefit administration platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience with large data sets.
  • 1 year of experience with employee payroll or benefits data.
  • 2 years of experience in EDI integrations including 834 file formats.
  • 2 years of experience with benefits administration systems.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Ability to work with various data sources.
