Overview

The Agent Tech Support Specialist is responsible for servicing agent inquiries regarding software questions and issues, providing solutions, and documenting issues while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or 4 years of related work experience.
  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle escalated issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in Central or Eastern time zone hours.
  • Basic software support experience is a plus.
  • Insurance experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
