Overview

The Senior Client Services Associate at Optavise is responsible for managing client relationships and internal teams to ensure the delivery of services, while maintaining high client satisfaction and project accountability.

In Short

  • Manage client and internal teams for service delivery.
  • Own project deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients and partners.
  • Anticipate issues and manage client expectations.
  • Lead regular meetings for project status updates.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to solve problems.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • May require occasional travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of relevant experience.
  • 3 years of client services/account management experience.
  • Experience in employee benefits/HR domain preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using internal systems.
  • CEBS and/or PMP certifications are a plus.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
