Overview

The Sales Enablement Programs Specialist will work closely with leadership to conceptualize, design, and implement key sales incentives and initiatives to ensure the growth of the sales team.

In Short

  • Design programs focused on key sales initiatives.
  • Manage budgeting, spend, and ROI on programs and events.
  • Develop effective communication plans in conjunction with marketing.
  • Drive initiatives across various functional areas of the organization.
  • Provide logistical support for key events.
  • Manage annual agent award programs and vendor negotiations.
  • Requires strong organizational skills for overlapping projects.
  • Experience with event logistics and execution management.
  • Ability to travel for events.
  • Work can be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of related experience.
  • 3 years of event planning and management experience.
  • High energy personality with flexibility and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, CVent, and Microsoft Office.
