The Field Development Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting training programs and ensuring smooth logistical operations for Field Agents. This position involves managing training delivery logistics, optimizing resources, and providing administrative support for various training initiatives.

• Coordinate all aspects of training logistics and delivery.
• Manage participant tracking and survey management.
• Oversee registration processes and facility scheduling.
• Provide support for virtual and in-person training programs.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary limits.
• Source and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Prepare and manage Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Track inventory and reconcile event expenses.
• Respond to inquiries and manage program-related information.
• Travel occasionally for training events.

Requirements

• Associates Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel 5-6 times a year.
• Willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone hours.
• 5+ years of administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
