Development Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented development coordinator to support our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. In Short

• Manage donor records, acknowledgments, and communications.
• Assist in coordinating donor outreach and appreciation campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of donor events (virtual and in-person).
• Assist in preparing grant proposals, donor reports, and fundraising appeals.
• Track fundraising goals, campaign performance, and donor engagement metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor and prospect information in CRM systems.
• Generate reports and analytics on giving trends and donor behavior.
• Collaborate with the communications team to produce fundraising materials.
• Schedule donor meetings, calls, and internal team check-ins.
• Support the development team with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in development, fundraising, or nonprofit administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and donor database platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
