Overview

The Family Violence Appellate Project (FVAP) is seeking a grants and project management professional to support fundraising efforts for social justice initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage grant reporting, project timelines, and assist in fundraising events, contributing to the growth of a $2 million organization.

In Short

  • Maintain donor data and analyze trends.
  • Update website and social media content.
  • Contribute to overall fundraising strategy.
  • Work in a largely remote capacity.
  • Foster relationships with grant officers and funders.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in nonprofit fundraising.
  • One year of experience in grants writing.
  • Experience managing projects effectively.
  • Proficiency with databases, preferably Bloomerang.
  • Strong commitment to anti-racism and inclusivity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel to the office as needed.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit funding sources.
