Overview

The Grants Coordinator is responsible for providing dedicated customer service to clients by executing grants management processes that deliver on client needs and expectations.

In Short

  • Monitor project timelines and task allocations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate across teams for high-quality work products.
  • Attend and take notes during meetings to support contract execution.
  • Develop SOPs and QC procedures.
  • Contribute to client progress and status reports.
  • Prepare and maintain project file folders.
  • Support and lead key pre- and post-award grants management tasks.
  • Review applications for compliance and eligibility.
  • Assist with panel reviewer outreach and solicitation.
  • Maintain and update grants management databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in conduct and work.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work individually and collaboratively.
  • Ability to plan, lead, and manage projects.
  • Participates in business goal setting and attainment.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with typical work hours Monday-Friday.
  • Overtime expected during peak periods.
  • May require overnight travel for events.
