Overview

The Bilingual Customer Activation Representative provides support in both customer activation and concierge services in English and Spanish, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales growth.

In Short

  • Provide bilingual support in customer activation and concierge services.
  • Resolve pending application items and collect premiums.
  • Educate customers on policy benefits and ensure compliance.
  • Support Spanish-speaking admin associates with inquiries.

  • Analyze vendor data and conduct customer outreach.
  • Support quality assurance team with call audits.
  • Interact professionally with customers and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Insurance or financial services experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and courteous phone etiquette.
