Overview

As an Enablement Program Specialist, you will support the maintenance and development of our internal knowledge base by creating, updating, auditing, and tracking content to ensure it aligns with organizational needs.

In Short

• Assist in planning, execution, and tracking of enablement initiatives.
• Support eLearning LMS management and administration.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials.
• Document and communicate procedures and best practices.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement AI tools.

Requirements

• Passion for sales and learning development.
• Experience in managing content and knowledge bases.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SaaS and sales enablement technologies.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
