In Short

• Coordinate and drive the delivery of internal enablement for Quarterly Product releases.
• Work with Product & Product Marketing teams to translate product enhancements into usable talk tracks.
• Empower teams in their client interactions for consistency and effectiveness.
• Partner with CS Ops Program Manager and VPs to build skill development tracks.
• Build and manage certification programs for Post Sales new hires.
• Drive effective internal communication for content accessibility.
• Play a role in content management strategy and tooling administration.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical enablement or related role.
• Proven track record of being a “doer” and getting things done.
• Passionate about seeing others grow and succeed.
• Ability to thrive in uncertainty and manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and data-driven with metrics definition skills.
• Experience with modern learning approaches is a plus.
• Technology enthusiast with interest in systems and APIs.
