Product Enablement Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Product Enablement Specialist within the Product Enablement team at PAR OPS, you will play a crucial role in providing regular communication to current clients on new features and current features to help them run their business.

In Short

• Provide regular communication to current customers highlighting product enhancements.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to showcase features to prospective clients.
• Provide support and enablement to cross organization teams.
• Understand the current environments and workflows of our clients.
• Ensure new features meet the high standards included in the PAR OPS products.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Manage projects for new feature rollout from inception to completion.
• Establish and enforce communication standards and best practices.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements.
• Work in a multi-channel communication environment.

Requirements

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the technology industry.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience utilizing PAR OPS.
• Previous experience in the Hospitality industry in a management role.
• Marketing or sales background.
• Track record of success in Professional Services.
• A relentless problem solver who enjoys uncovering solutions.
• A passion for continued education.
• Ability to self-train and stay current with technology.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and identify priorities.
