Overview

The Enablement Specialist will serve as a key program manager, partnering with sales, technical teams, and business stakeholders to design, execute, and optimize enablement initiatives that drive sales readiness and productivity.

In Short

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of global enablement programs.
  • Manage new hire onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate learning and development sessions.
  • Develop and manage enablement content and tools.
  • Oversee the implementation of sales enablement strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, and LMS platforms.
  • Analyze program data for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare performance reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement or program management.
  • Strong program management and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools like Highspot and Docebo.
  • Preferred: experience in enterprise software and SaaS.
