Overview

The Project Manager Operations role involves leading and managing multiple large complex projects simultaneously, with a focus on resource commitments and process improvements.

In Short

  • Develop risk strategies and manage issues.

  • Utilize various project management methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, operations, or related field.
  • Seven years of related experience with increasing responsibilities.
  • Certifications like PMP, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Agile/Scrum Master.
  • Expertise in project management principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and recommend solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau is preferred.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone hours.
