Overview

The Learning Management System (LMS) Manager at Emphasys will be responsible for administering and managing the LMS platform called Emphasys University, delivering engaging training programs for public housing professionals.

In Short

  • Administer and manage the LMS platform, including user setup and maintenance.
  • Ensure integration of training content into the LMS.
  • Provide technical support and training on LMS functionality.
  • Monitor LMS platform performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop courses.
  • Design and develop instructional materials and eLearning modules.
  • Utilize data analytics to track user engagement.
  • Explore innovative training delivery methods.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Team to identify training needs.
  • Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in LMS administration.
  • Proficiency in LMS administration and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of eLearning content integration.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience creating virtual training content.
  • Knowledge of public housing regulations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and analytics tools.
