Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. This position involves overseeing and optimizing the entire sales process—from lead generation to order fulfillment—ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop, standardize, and optimize sales processes.
  • Analyze sales data for performance insights.
  • Oversee CRM system maintenance and optimization.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for efficiency.
  • Manage sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
  • Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies.
  • Design training programs for sales team development.
  • Support onboarding for new sales hires.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales operations, preferably in B2B.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales data analysis.
  • Project management skills to oversee multiple projects.
  • Understanding of channel sales models.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite (preferred).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (preferred).
  • Experience with AI-driven automation in sales (preferred).
