Overview

Sentara is hiring for a Scrum Master! This position is fully remote, focusing on coordinating and monitoring the scrum process from initiation through delivery.

• Coordinate and monitor the scrum process.
• Serve as liaison between product owner, development team, and management.
• Ensure team members understand project objectives.
• Maintain product backlog and release plan.
• Facilitate productivity by setting up meetings.
• Remove impediments obstructing the team's sprint goals.

• 0-2 years of experience with a degree or 3 years without a degree.
• Full-time remote position available.

Requirements

• Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree or Certification.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience with a degree.
• 3 years of relevant experience without a degree.
