As the Sales Operations Manager at Jellyfish, you will play a critical role in empowering our sales team and driving operational excellence.

• Manage the deal desk process for quotes and deal structures.
• Act as the gatekeeper of contracts for revenue recognition.
• Serve as the primary Salesforce admin for the Go-to-Market team.
• Participate in the operation of sales technology tools.
• Build and maintain insightful Tableau and Salesforce dashboards.
• Liaise with sales leadership and stakeholders for project management.
• Analyze data to spot trends and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies during deal closures.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new sales tools.
• Proactively address pipeline health issues and conversion trends.

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce administration skills.
