Sales Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting assigned customers, coordinating B2B requests, and managing day-to-day operations while collaborating with Key Account Managers.

In Short

• Independent support of assigned customers.
• Management of B2B requests, including orders and product inquiries.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in DACH sales, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics.
• Fluent in German and English; Polish is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a strong affinity for numbers and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
• High level of customer orientation.
