Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin & Payroll Specialist to strengthen our international team. In this versatile and responsible role, you will be in charge of payroll, HR administration, and supporting the entire Employee Lifecycle, with a particular focus on compliance with labor law regulations.

In Short

  • Manage monthly payroll processing in collaboration with our external service provider.
  • Maintain and update salary structures, bonuses, and their integration into payroll.
  • Record and verify working hours, overtime, absences, and sick notifications for payroll.
  • Create reports on payroll, compensation & benefits for management and external institutions.
  • First point of contact for employees regarding HR, payroll, and labor law questions.
  • Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and terminations in compliance with labor law.
  • Manage employee benefits and travel expense reimbursements.
  • Support all Employee Lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain HR data and HRIS systems.
  • Contribute to HR projects and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll, HR administration, or HR operations.
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Experience in managing the Employee Lifecycle from a labor law and compliance perspective.
  • Analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • High degree of accuracy and a passion for high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset, enjoyment of responsibility, and willingness to actively shape processes.
