Overview

As a Group KAM Manager DACH, you will co-develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share while leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Establish and manage relationships with DACH retail partners and key accounts
  • Define sales targets, forecast demand, and monitor KPIs
  • Lead and negotiate with logistics service providers and merchandising agencies
  • Strategically manage POS furniture, including negotiations with manufacturers
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG Key Account Management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • A proven track record in developing Key Account and Sales Operations Managers
  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality with a passion for cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • A strategic mindset with a data-driven approach, including experience in sales forecasting
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
  • Fluent in English and German; Polish is a strong plus
  • A passion for beauty, skincare, or personal care products
