Overview

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will support the commercial development of beauty brands in the Italian market, focusing on expanding and managing the distribution network.

In Short

  • Support the management and growth of key retail and e-commerce accounts in Italy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and retail partners.
  • Participate in annual negotiations on pricing and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to business plans for Italian partners.
  • Track KPIs and analyze sales performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for execution in the market.
  • Identify new business opportunities for market expansion.
  • Handle sales documentation and reporting.
  • Represent CBBH at trade fairs and retailer events.

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales in consumer goods.
  • Good understanding of the Italian retail landscape.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with KPIs.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Structured and reliable working style.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
