Social Media Manager DACH - Remote

Overview

As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across our key social media platforms with a strong focus on TikTok, Instagram, and videofirst platforms.

In Short

• Own and manage daily content planning, publishing and performance tracking across all relevant channels
• Identify and implement platform specific trends, formats, and best practices
• Appear in front of the camera for live videos, stories, and content formats
• Host and moderate live formats or social activations
• Develop and test new creative concepts
• Collaborate with influencers and internal teams
• Monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights
• Engage with the community and manage interactions
• Maintain a consistent and on-brand visual presence

Requirements

• 1 year experience in social media or content marketing
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Strong creative sense and understanding of trends
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
• Fluency in English and German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
