Overview

Fresha is seeking an exceptional HR & Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes, maintain accurate financial and HR records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
• Coordinate payroll process with external payroll providers
• Prepare salary calculations for foreign entities
• Utilize company software to process payroll
• Cooperate with local outsource providers for accurate payroll delivery
• Analyze payroll controls for accurate payslip generation
• Engage in payroll related projects like process automation
• Maintain HR database with employee information
• Manage staff holidays accrual
• Prepare payroll related contracts and maintain templates

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in payroll/accounting/finance
• Proficiency in English (B2 level) and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Excel including formulas and pivot tables
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of data confidentiality and payroll regulations
