Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in global payroll management.
• Understanding of payroll and HR policies in Africa.
• Experience with third-party payroll providers.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Familiarity with payroll software like Workday and ADP.
