Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist in Turkey. This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere in Turkey.

In Short

• Handle all aspects of daily payroll function related to Turkey.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments.
• Develop procedures and documentation to improve efficiency.
• Monitor changes in statutory acts to ensure compliance.
• Master relevant Payroll / Leave / Expense systems.
• Process leaves and claims according to policies and requirements.
• Manage payroll metrics and client satisfaction rates.
• Coach junior team members as a Senior Associate.
• Complete periodic or ad-hoc duties as requested.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of local labor laws in Turkey.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
