Overview

GoGlobal is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to support our growing team in Canada. This role is ideal for someone who is both people-focused and detail-oriented, with a strong foundation in Canadian HR practices, employment law, and employee experience. You will work closely with internal teams across HR, payroll, legal, and operations, contributing to a seamless and compliant employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from Canadian employees.
• Own and manage the onboarding process for all new hires in Canada.
• Manage the offboarding process, including document handover and compliance checks.
• Maintain and update internal systems and trackers.
• Handle employee benefits and pension administration.
• Collaborate with the payroll team for timely input of employee data.
• Partner with regional HR to ensure compliance of onboarding materials.
• Process employee leave and ensure proper tracking.
• Draft and manage HR-related documents.
• Adapt HR support to align with corporate objectives.
