Overview

The HR Representative for France & Benelux will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s HR processes are aligned with current trends and legal requirements, while also serving as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

In Short

  • Ensure HR processes are updated and aligned with trends.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts and related documents.
  • Maintain personnel records and manage HR documents.
  • Support and process visa applications for employees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including employees and managers.
  • Handle sensitive employee information confidentially.
  • Assist with internal audits and data reporting.
  • Engage in other ad hoc projects as requested.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law.
  • Experience in onboarding and payroll administration.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing HR documents and databases.
  • Experience with visa application processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in data collection and reporting.
  • Willingness to engage in ad hoc projects.
