HR Specialist - Remote

Overview

GoGlobal is Looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to support our growing team in the United States. This role is ideal for someone who is both people-focused and detail-oriented, with a strong foundation in US HR practices, employment law, and employee experience. You will work closely with internal teams across HR, payroll, legal, and operations, contributing to a seamless and compliant employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from US employees.
• Own and manage the onboarding process for all new hires in the US.
• Manage the offboarding process including document handover and compliance checks.
• Maintain and update internal systems and trackers for employee data.
• Handle employee benefits and pension administration.
• Collaborate with the payroll team for timely data input.
• Work with Sales and Portfolio Managers for new hire onboarding.
• Process and manage employee vacation and leaves.
• Draft and manage HR-related documents.
• Stay current with US, State and Federal legislation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with payroll systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
