Overview

The Outbound Sales Development Representative role focuses on helping prospective and existing customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform. This position is part of a future talent initiative to connect with exceptional candidates for upcoming opportunities.

In Short

  • Join a remote-first company solving global employment challenges.
  • Engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects effectively.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects generated from various sources.
  • Research business requirements and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and English required.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS Tech as a Sales Development Representative preferred.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of Dutch or French and English.
  • Proven business development success using sales tools.
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
